Noting the difficulty the women in my life have faced getting to an appointment when pregnant or having a newborn I decided to simplify things. I will now be offering home visits to treat all the normal pregnancy and postnatal concerns I see in clinic.

My aim is to reduce the stress in attending physiotherapy without compromising your care and recovery.
